Today, we have our critical workforce handing 50% or more of their normal workload. They are tired and even unsure of their owns jobs security. Or, unfortunately just the opposite, millions of individuals are out of work. When those people return to the workplace, who knows what feeling they may harbor towards owners or management. PREPARE NOW for the future! Put your self in the shoes of your team and understand that you as the employer NEED to create a welcome and positive atmosphere. Be the person responsible for lifting up your workforce community and striving to make your company better than ever.

Good teamwork means a synergistic way of working with each person committed and working towards a shared goal. ... It is therefore a necessity that leaders facilitate and build the teamwork skills of their people if they are to steer a company toward success.

The purpose of team building activities is to motivate your people to work together, to develop their strengths, and to address any weaknesses. So, any team building exercise should encourage collaboration rather than competition. Be sure to incorporate team building into your workplace routines and practices.

There are four main types of team building activities, which includes: Communication activities, problem solving and/or decision making activities, adaptability and/or planning activities, and activities that focus on building trust.

We help you select the type of activities that will be motivate and encourage your team members to refocus on company goals and get back to business. Below is just a sample of the creative activities we can facilitate at your own business or we can help you find a location to hold your event.

Game Show Mania - Through a variety of traditional familiar “game show style” team building events your co-workers will work as a team to correctly answer trivia, become successful in interactive activities and in the end realize the true meaning of cooperative effort while having an AWESOME TIME!

Minute to Win It – Have a creative theme or just a group of various independent activities. Each “contestant” will have One Minute to complete a sometimes seemingly simple task. As the game moves forward, the tasks become harder and harder.

Friendly Feud – Surveys, Surveys, Surveys – Who ever knows the real numbers?

Pass The Word – Teams will break up in groups of two players. One player will recite clues about a person, place or thing and the other player must correctly guess the noun.

Jeopardy – Four Teams, Four Spots, A Video Screen Game Board and 8 Subjects. Do you have the answer? The answer is a question. What is Jeopardy?

IF YOU BUILD IT, THEY WILL RIDE IT - Working together as a team you will earn the pieces of a brand new bike and the tools to build it by completing various tasks and answering creative questions. Against impossible odds and immense time pressure, you will build a bike for your "customer", an underprivileged child in the community. This is heartwarming team building event with a philanthropic spin.

MISSION POSSIBLE - A mix of Trivia and interactive fun. Each team will be given a set of questions and clues for various entities at the facility of your choice. Your Mission, should you decide to accept it – will be to make your way through the facility maze, take pictures with your personal cameras, text or email messages to the host emcee, and arrive safely with all of the answers back in your original room.

INTERACTIVE TEAM BUILDING MINI GAMES - Team members will be split into even groups and asked to accomplish tasks that require thinking, creativity and most certainly COOPERATION from each member. Place the egos aside for a moment and allow the person or persons best suited for each task to take the lead and run the gamut. Each game is designed to last between 8-10 minutes and is set up either in a Round Robin or direct competition play depending on the number of teams participating.

A teamwork environment promotes an atmosphere that fosters friendship and loyalty. These close-knit relationships motivate employees align them to work harder, cooperate and be supportive of one another. Individuals possess diverse talents, weaknesses, communication skills, strengths, and habits.
